The curriculum in Biochemistry and Biotechnology focuses on: Ca2+ homeostasis; structural biology; biochemistry and biophysics of energy transducing membranes. Reflecting its interdisciplinary character, the Biochemistry and Biotechnology curriculum includes animal, vegetal, microbial and agro-alimentary biotechnologies, pharmaceutical and protein biotechnology, molecular physiology, structural and computational biology.
